In reply to Valerie. I haven't tried this recipe in an oven yet, so I'm not quite sure. If you use an oven, it would probably be best to use an oven-safe ramekin and bake it at 350°F until the top is set.

I don't typically include nutritional info because it can vary some based on the brands/products that you use and I don't want to accidentally give incorrect information too. You can plug everything into an online calculator like My Fitness Pal to get an estimate though.
