Really delicious, I just wish it didn’t use so many bowls. I added walnuts and used the cinnamon- sugar topping. Everyone was happy.

We made these with our left over apples from the pie we made & this is a very moist and yummy bread. We did skip the sugar topping as we didn’t want it to sweet as I’m diabetic but it is still very delicious.

In reply to Christina. You do need sour cream/yogurt for this recipe. You could use a dairy-free alternative though, like a coconut yogurt or something made with almond milk.

I love your receipes. I have someone in the family that is lactose intolerant. Can these receipes be made without sour cream or yogurt.?
