Being a fan of cinnamon, I just had to make a loaf of your Banana bread swirl recipe. I went with the single layer of cinnamon/sugar inside.  Followed your recipe and tips exactly and the results were perfect. And thank you for posting metric measurements with all your recipes as I use a kitchen scale for all my baking adventures. 
This one is a keeper and will definitely be making it again. 

I’ve made this recipe many times–always great. I just tried it with coconut oil instead of butter and it is amazingly light and delicious! Thanks for this go-to recipe!

It tastes amazing! I flipped my bread unpaired down and it fell apart really bad, but the taste of it is amazing! My grandma approves too and she hates eating.
