This was delightful. Fought with the crust a bit because I was using those terrible disposable pie tins for this cause holidays, but the filling is delicious.
Only wish I added in more oreos, but that will be a next time thing.

This came out perfect! I used a 9 inch Emile Henry pie plate with the full recipe! It fit perfectly! I was also able to take the cookie crust up the edges about 75% which was great! Made it for my son’s birthday, and he LO-Uh-VED it! I added dollop towers of fresh whipped cream (1 cup and 3 T. Powdered Sugar- I liked the little extra sweetness of the cream as a garnish!) to decorate the top with an oreo stuck perpendicular in each! It was quite the show stopper! I let the crust chill for almost 30 minutes before assembly, and let the completed pie chill for 4 hours before serving! PERFECTION! Thank you for such an EASY & DECADENT dessert!

Delicious! We added strawberries for topping which was a good addition.

I didn’t have success with this recipe unfortunately. The cheesecake didn’t set after hours in the fridge and even a few hours in the freezer. The cream was definitely whipped & the cream cheese was room temperature. It did taste delicious. We just ate it with a spoon out of the pan! 😂

Yes, it would be fine to make them into mini cheesecakes! I’d recommend using some cupcake liners so they’re easier to remove and serve. I also have a no-bake mini cheesecake recipe if you want to try that instead.

I made this for my boyfriend for his birthday and it was an absolute hit! Now.. this weekend we are having a block party and I think I want to try to make mini ones in cupcake tins/liners. I’m thinking it should be ok!? I also might try to substitute different flavours since the filling I feel is pretty universal!

You can also use the topping as another layer of the cake 🍰

Yes, I’ve never had to use gelatin in this recipe. It sets up just fine.
