I’m not sure on the nutritional information, but you can plug everything into an online calculator (like My Fitness Pal) to get an estimate.

I would either increase it by half or double it. You will probably have some filling leftover if you double it, but you could use it to make some mini cheesecakes or a smaller one.

You probably could, but I haven’t personally tried it so I’m not sure how long you would need to cook it. Depending on the size of your instant pot, you may need to use a smaller springform pan and scale down the recipe too.

Best cheesecake I have ever made!! Made this as a surprise for my wife. She loves banana pudding and she loves cheesecake! She loved the banana pudding cheesecake!! We were able to cut it and place leftovers in the freezer. That was last week and I have another one baking in the oven!!!
