I made this yesterday and it was really good! I love everything red velvet and this was no exception. The texture is súper creamy and the flavor is the right amount of sweetness. I totally recommend everyone to try this.

You can set it at 160°C and increase the baking time by just a few minutes, if needed.

Hi, Tacha! I haven’t tried it, but I think it would be okay to make your own natural food coloring with red beets and use it in place of the liquid food coloring.
