I used this recipe and put it into little glass jars. Turned out great!! Added a mixture of cut up berries and sugar to top them off 😊 Guests loved them!!

I’ve made this now twice and love it. It’s super easy and everyone enjoyed it. I have discovered that I prefer using Philadelphia Cream Cheese over the 365 Whole Foods cream cheese (both were brick variety). The 365 right out of the package seemed much softer and the denser Philadelphia cheese made for a cheesier cheese cake while the softer 365 made the pie taste more of the whipped cream.

I have been making this for several years now. My husband and I are following a Keto Lifestyle. I made the following changes and no one can tell the difference.
I use the Keto Pecan Crust for the bottom ( pecans, powdered Swerve and butter—/no bake )
For the filling the only thing I changed was the sugar. I used powdered Swerve here as well.
Top with a low carb berry or low carb jam or topping of your choice. YUMMY
Thank you for this recipe. It is not always so easy to swap out ingredients to make things low carb.

In reply to Nina. As long as it's a firmer cream cheese, it should be fine. I would just avoid a cream cheese that's whipped or spreadable.

Hello !!
Looks amazing. I am just wondering about cheese.I am living in Sweden and we have mostly cream cheeses,like Philadelphia or similar. Can that work or it should be a bit harder cheese ? I am not sure i can find cheese block as shown in recipe. Thanks in advance for help!!

This is by far the best no bake cheesecake I have ever made. Came out perfect. Made as written the only thing I did add was I had just made homemade blackberry Jam and swirled is around half of it. Will definitely keep this recipe. Thank you.

CHEESECAKE PERFECTION!!!!!
This was the HIT of the BBQ Celebration 🎉. Thank you so much for the recipe !! It was so easy to make. I topped mine w/ a few heaping tbl of Blueberry pie filling right from the can. I have never made any type of cheesecake before & this was so Delicious. I’m going to make it again soon. this time I will take photos.
