My fiance says it is the best cheesecake I have ever made. His family always asks me to make a cheesecake.

For a pan that size I would keep the filling the same and increase the crust by half.

I’ve never measured how many cups of batter it makes, so I’m not sure. I think it would make about five 4-inch cheesecakes though.

This is a wonderful recipe for cheesecake. I made it recently and it came out as well as the picture shown. I put a pineapple topping on top after it had cooled completely. This recipe is definitely a keeper with really good results.

You can bake it without one, just make sure to wrap your pan really well with foil.

I am going to be making a cheesecake over the Memorial Day weekend, This recipe has the right ratio of ingredients in it to use as the basis for my pineapple topped cheesecake. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Also thank you for all the tips for improving on the cheesecakes appearance and texture too.
