I actually do have a strawberry cake recipe here! It’s similar to this recipe, just scaled up to make a two layer cake.

This is the BEST strawberry cupcake recipe I’ve found! Everyone has loved it!

I just love your website and have made many of your recipes; I just forget to write a review.

I made the strawberry cupcakes last summer and they were delicious. I usually use only a.p. flour, yet decided to follow the recipe on that item,
so I made the a.p. flour into cake flour. Decided not to use red food coloring. Did not have any freeze-dried strawberries, so I decided to use the
whole pint of strawberries in the puree, adjusting the recipe, and I put some of the puree in the frosting. That worked well. Sometime later I purchased the freeze-dried strawberries and didn’t like them and didn’t use them, returning to the strawberry puree, which I think is a great way to get the fresh strawberry in the frosting. I appreciate your passion for baking and I want you to know that even though I changed some items, your enthusiasm is a joy!

I can usually find them at my grocery store close to either the canned/dried fruit or the fresh fruit. You can also find some on Amazon.
