Best strawberry buttercream with BIG strawberry flavor! I love how easy and quick this frosting comes together without having to cook down strawberries in a pan.

This is the BEST frosting, ever! I used it in a 2-layer vanilla cake and it was absolutely scrumptious. It has real, authentic strawberry flavor. I accidentally omitted the vanilla and it was still amazing. Just bought a dehydrator and a ton of fresh strawberries so I can make my own from scratch. Thank you so much for this recipe!
