In reply to Katerina. You could probably reduce it by 1/2 to 1 cup, but I wouldn't suggest reducing it more than that.

Heya! Can I make the frosting much less sweet? What is the minimum amount of sugar I can put that it still works? I just screwed up one batch by putting too less sugar :-/. Thanks a lot!

This was delicious! I made it last night with raw cacao and 2.5 cups of powdered sugar, and it was just the right amount of sweetness for adults and my 4 yr old godson! Thanks so much. It’s a keeper!

If I wanted to make only half of the amount, would strictly cutting all the ingredients in half work? Or will it cause it to have a different texture/consistency?
