Yes, it would be fine to use them! The tiramisu will have a slightly different flavor because of the biscoff cookies, but I think it will still taste good.

This was the first time I have made a Tiramisu. This was delicious. My granddaughter requested this for her birthday cake. It was easy to make, the diretions were easy to follow. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!!

I haven’t tried freezing it, so I’m really not sure.

I’ve made this recipe at least twice a year for the past several years. I make them in individual glass containers to take glamping and for Christmas brunch. They are delicious! I use small round shot glass type containers so I make my own lady fingers and just pipe them into circles so that they fit nicely. They are always a huge hit with our camping Friends and the 80 plus people that come to brunch at Christmas! Thanks for the recipe!

This is the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. I wasn’t able to get lady fingers, so I made coffee crepes and made a crepe cake. Amazing! Thanks for sharing your recipe.
