I made this delicious dessert last night and it was incredible. My husband kept saying ‘this isn’t real’ LOL! I love how quick and easy it came together. Next I am going to make it into the 4 individual cookies which I’m really excited about. I love having the option to make just a couple of cookies and not a whole batch. And I just love the actual taste of this cookie too-there are so many ‘chocolate chip cookie recipes’ but this one is just perfect. Thank you!

Hi, Terri! You may have needed to just let it bake longer. You can cover it with foil and let it continue baking if needed. Also, keep in mind that the cookie will set up more as it cools.

I haven’t tried this recipe in smaller ramekins so I’m not sure on the bake time. I would guess somewhere around 15 minutes give or take a few minutes.

That should be fine, Angel! Just keep an eye on the cookie and cover it with foil loosely if the top begins to brown too much before the center is done.
