You can usually find them at most grocery stores, but Amazon sells them as well.

I haven’t tried it with these yet, but I think it would be fine. Once they’ve cooled completely, I would place any leftovers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, freeze until firm, then place them in a freezer bag/container.
