Very delicious muffins, thank you for this great recipe! I did these mixing whole wheat and spelt in with the all purpose flour for both topping and muffins. I try to only use half all purpose in baked goods, just to be a bit healthier. They still turned out fabulous! Also added walnuts into muffins, but they would be equally yummy nut free. I did the glaze, but made less, and more like a drizzle, with less milk and maple syrup instead of vanilla.

Sorry for being one of those annoying people who lists their changes haha, but I always find it helpful to read that in recipe reviews.

Pumpkin pie filling is already sweetened and has spices added to it. I would suggest using pumpkin purée, otherwise the muffins won’t taste right.
