I made these and they were delicious on top of a turkey pot pie. I didn’t have buttermilk so I used 3/4 c Greek yogurt and 1/2 c of water. Same effect, I think. Thanks for sharing!

In reply to Nompumelelo. Buttermilk is basically fermented milk (milk with bacteria cultures added to it). I have a post that explains it in more detail here, it also includes a buttermilk substitute.

What is buttermilk coz I’ve never seen it in the local shops in my country?
