Wow. If you’re looking for mouth watering muffins where you simply cannot eat just one THIS is it. I was skeptical to make these since I wasn’t sure how blueberry and lemon were going to taste together and I’m not a huge fan of either.
I followed the directions but only had 1 egg so I substituted 1/4 cup of Greek Yogurt. I also used frozen blueberries but that didn’t make a difference at all. They turned out picture perfect and completely melted in my mouth. This recipe is definitely a keeper! Thank you for making me feel like a real baker! I’ve learned so much from all your tips!

The lemon blueberry recipes is AMAZING! I have made it twice to see the difference between sour cream and Greek yogurt… and it’s pretty much the same. The recipe wil forever be in my keep box!
