Yes, either one would be fine! If you use a 9-inch glass pie dish, the baking time will be the same. If you use a pizza pan, just make sure to use one without any holes in the bottom. It will probably spread more on a pan too, so you may need to reduce the baking time.

Yes, I think that would work! You may need to increase the baking time. If you have some extra cookie dough leftover, you can use it to make some cookies or bake some individual ones in a muffin pan.
