Very happy with the final result. The granola is healthy, delicious and quite easy to make.  I didn’t add the nuts or cranberries but I’m sure I would like those ingredients as well.

That would be fine! I think it would also be okay to just add some coconut to the mixture and bake as directed in the recipe.
