In reply to Marzia. So happy to hear that, Marzia! That would be fine, but it will be too much batter for a pan that size so you will have some leftover. I'm not sure how long it would need to bake, I would just keep an eye on it and test it with a toothpick or skewer to make sure it's fully baked through. You could use any leftover batter to make cupcakes too. I hope that helps!

I just have a 20 cm tube pan ( I m in Italy) and I think the 10 inch is 25 cm. Do you think is gonna work if I adjust the baking time?
I love all of your recipes! They always come out perfect and everyone always loves them .
