Made these yesterday, left them in the pan and wrapped well with plastic wrap. Sliced them up this morning (thanks for the tips!) and they were so fudgy and delicious! Frosted with your cream cheese frosting, a ganache drizzle and some pretty sprinkles. They’re going to my daughter’s co-workers for Valentine’s Day. So easy to make, baked perfectly and are absolutely beautiful. Tagged you on instagram. I’m super pleased with this recipe and will definitely use it again. Just perfect!

In reply to Julie G. Hi, Julie! I use a sharp knife and just rinse it off between each cut, you can also wipe it clean with some damp paper towels. Hope that helps!

These look great! I’m going to double the recipe and use the 13 x 9 pan, as you suggested. Any tips on getting perfect slices? I’m gifting them and want them to look nice. Thank you!
