I made this Sweet Potato Casserole as a side dish for Easter Dinner with ham. It was delicious. The consistency was perfect and the topping was phenomenal. Everyone at the table raved about it. It definitely is a keeper and I will make it again.

Sweet potatoes were bland and the topping was so dry. It felt like I was inhaling cinnamon. Will not be making again.

In reply to Cheryl Hendrickcon. Hi, Cheryl! To be honest, I've never measured out the amount of mashed sweet potatoes in cups. I always just weigh the sweet potatoes out to 4 pounds, then peel, cube, boil, and mash them.
