Are you wanting to scale down the recipe to two servings? If so, I would recommend using my apple crisp for two recipe here and just replacing the apples with a couple of peaches.

I haven’t tried freezing it, so I’m not quite sure. It may freeze okay, but you would likely need to put it back in the oven to heat it up and get the topping crisp again.

Perfect Best recipe I have tried for Peach Crisp.
I used my frozen Georgia peaches and all approved. I did add a little more oats than the recipe called for just cause we like them. This will be my go to recipe for Crisps

Wow, this is extremely sweet! Like, sickly. I’m rating 5 stars because I can easily see getting this at a restaurant. Textures are great. I already cut the sugar and would probably cut it down to 1/3-1/4 of the original recipe to enjoy more of the ripe peach flavor.

You will probably only get about 3 cups of sliced peaches with a bag that size, so I would cut the topping in half.
