Glad you enjoyed the recipe, Toby! You could try broiling them at the end to help make them crispier. Just be sure to keep a close eye on them so they don’t burn.

These look amazing and baked fries are the best! They sell canned pumpkin in the stores all year round, so there really isn’t any reason not to use it in the summer time!
