In reply to Tammy. Hi Tammy! I use Minute Rice when making this recipe, I haven't tried it with another type of rice yet. For the salsa, I use On The Border Salsa. Anything similar to that will work! I'll update the recipe to include this information :)

I’ve taken about three months off from serious blogging and it was SO good! I can totally relate 🙂 Love this super easy rice – my baby hardly ever allows me a lot of kitchen time 😉
