Tortellini is the best!! I love this version of it. IT’S SO PRETTY!! And artichokes are definitely one of my all time fave foods!

When I was little I went through a phase where I was anti-sandwich for lunch and only wanted pasta salads. Specifically tortellini salads. Thankfully I’ve gotten over that sandwich thing and love them now, but tortellini salads still hold a special place in my heart. LOVE this, especially with the spinach artichoke spin.
