Although we tweaked it a bit- my high school culinary team took this to a competition and won 8th place!!! We are going to tweak it a bit more (smoking the potatoes instead of baking) and get 1st this year. 🙂 Thank you for sharing.

This is so much better warn. It renders the flavors of the bacon, chives and cheese. I kept feeling like something was missing, them I warmed it a bit and there it was Totally great warm
