Hi, Vanessa! I think you could double the recipe and use a 9×13 pan. I would keep the oven temperature the same and the baking time may be kind of similar. I’m not sure how much you would need for a 9×16 pan though.

I haven’t tried it, but you may need a bit more cornstarch to thicken the filling.
