These came out so good! I did read a lot of the reviews and increased the sugar amount and thought they were perfect. I also topped mine with chocolate whipped cream.

Not sure if it’s b/c I used silicone muffin cups. Ultimately they turned out delicious!
Btw,  I didn’t add extra sugar and thought they were just fine. I haven’t put whipped cream on them yet but I bet that will make them even more awesome.

For those saying the cheesecake isn’t sweet enough, I take the filling out of the Oreos for the crust and add it cream cheese mixture and that helped. It is a bit tedious, but these are always a hit every time I make them. I typically have to double the recipe.

Thank you, Donna! You can store them in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. I would just fold the chocolate chips into the mixture too.

How far ahead can you make the mini oreo cheesecakes?
Also my granddaughter wants some with choc chips. I’ll use the mini chocolate chips and should we just add into the mixture for those that will have chips?
Thanks so much!!
