I love this recipe! They are so good! Also I made cookie dough out of this recipes by heat-treating the flour, and not putting in baking soda or eggs. Then I refrigerated it and shaped it into balls. They were so good!

These cookies are absolutely incredible!!! I’ve been making these a few times a month for a year now. I add a cup of crushed almonds and it’s like an explosion. I make half the batch and chill the rest in the fridge so I don’t eat them all in one sitting. I notice these get even better chilling in the fridge but are amazing either way. Thank you so much for your delicious recipes!!
