Made this several times! It was easier than I thought and is great when the chickens give me too many eggs! My family loves this and I will no longer buy from the store!

It’s really hard to say without any information. There are several reasons it can fall though – the egg whites weren’t beat long enough, the dry ingredients were over mixed, the pan was greased, the cake was underbaked, the oven door was opened too much, or the cake wasn’t cooled long enough upside down.
