In reply to Jeffrey Hacker. It sounds like you may just be scooping too much. Are you making sure when you scoop the dough the top is flat and level with the rim of the cookie scoop? I usually scrape mine along the edge of the bowl to make sure it's level.

So I have a 1.5 scoop and I don’t ever get the amount of cookies the recipe calls for am I doing something wrong

As usual they were delishous. They took no time to whip up. So use to chilling the dough before baking. Was able to come home from work and an hour later, had a container of soft chewy and very tasty cookies. Danielle, you are my go to cookie gal. Thanks
