I made these today and they turned out Perfect and I will make them again. My daughter requested these so I decided to try this recipe. Thanks.

I haven’t tried it, so I’m not quite sure. You could try adding more pecans, scooping the mixture onto a couple of large baking sheets lined with parchment paper, and use forks to separate out the pecans to prevent them from forming a cluster. I also have a candied pecan recipe that would be much easier.

So should I add more pecans to the mixture so there won’t be an abundance of sauce which causes the cluster looking forms?

I don’t, but it is on my list of recipes to work on!

I’m really not familiar with high altitude baking, but some readers have found this guide helpful for adjusting my recipes for high altitude.

I’m not familiar with high altitude baking, so I’m not sure. You will probably need to remove it from the heat sooner, but I’m not sure if you will need to make any adjustments to the ingredients.

That would be fine! I would just use an equal amount of peanuts in place of the pecans.
