In reply to Brittney. I tested this recipe both ways, but I did temper the chocolate for the pictures you see in this post. I personally prefer to temper it for this recipe because it looks prettier and sets faster. I do explain more about how to temper chocolate in my chocolate covered strawberry recipe here.

In reply to Sandi. I would probably use 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of cookie dough. You may need to slightly flatten them before baking to help them spread too.
