Love these cookies, I haven’t been able to have a chocolate chip cookie for year. These are so good my family can’t even tell they are egg free.

You probably could use them, just keep in mind that it will change the taste and texture of the cookies.

These are easy and delicious. Honestly the taste is great!
It also makes a nice batch. I got approximately 20 cookies with my cookie scoop. On my oven it took about 15 minutes. Will definitely save this recipe. Thanks

It helps make the cookies softer, but you can leave it out of the recipe.

Thank you for posting this recipe. All is good except for the fact that I don’t have cornstarch—are there any substitutes I can use? And is it necessary to include cornstarch in the recipe? Thanks!

I haven’t tested it, but if it’s one that substitutes 1:1 for all-purpose flour I think it may be okay.

I have a little grandson that is allergic to wheat as well as eggs. Really looking for a flavorful chocolate chip cookie without those ingredients is difficult. What do you think?
