Well, the spiced peaches in peach wine sauce was delish, so now I am using plain peaches. Took 3 large peaches, peeled and pitted and blended till smooth. Put in sauce pan and cooked down like strawberries and added half tsp cinnamon.

As usual delicious. All the ice cream recipes are great. This gives me an idea to take the peaches from one of my quart jars of my spiced peaches in peach wine and blend them and cook down and add to the base recipe.
