Amazing recipe, thank you! I used pecans because that’s what I had but I’m going to try walnuts tomorrow when I make
irthday cake!! I used pineapple topper in between my layers along with cream cheese. Many compliments.

Super tender, super tasty!! Only change made was only using 1/4 c of regular sugar and normal amount of brown sugar. Was just the right amount of sweet to go with the cream cheese icing!

Yes, it will make 28 cupcakes. I would only fill each liner about 2/3 of the way full and bake for 16 to 20 minutes.

Yes, that would be fine! It’s probably too much for one loaf pan though. You could either divide it between two loaf pans, or use any extra batter to make cupcakes.
