It’s Thanksgiving and my daughter wanted cookies for dessert. I really, REALLY didn’t want several dozen cookies sitting around to start off the holidays, so I found this recipe and it’s PERFECT! It’s enough for the 3 of us to enjoy. I 1000% missed the part where the dough had to be chilled (oops) so the cookies are a bit on the ‘thin and flat’ side but they are still delicious. Thank you for this recipe and for putting the measurements in grams as well!

I don’t include nutrition information because it would only be an estimate and can vary based on the number of servings you get, the ingredients you use, etc. I recommend using an online calculator (like My Fitness Pal) with your exact ingredients, servings, etc, so that you can get a more accurate estimate.

I tried these tonight as I was craving some chocolate! It’s the perfect quantity, and I did get 10!
Must try recipe!! I had dark chocolate chips on hand and used them, prefer them to milk.. it was marvelous! Definitely will come back to this recipe again.

I made these once exactly by the recipe and they were pretty good but i felt like they lacked some flavor so now I use all brown sugar and they’re more to my preference. My husband eats low fat so I’m not allowed to bake too much, so this recipe is perfect for the kids and I to enjoy while dad is at work  😜

Thank you, Deja! I’m not sure on the nutritional information, but you can plug everything into an online calculator (like My Fitness Pal) to get an estimate.

If the dough was dry and crumbly, it’s likely that there wasn’t enough moisture (butter/egg yolk) or there was too much flour. You could try adding a little milk to the dough (about 1/2 teaspoon each time) until it comes together.
