These came out excellent. For anyone not used to baking, you might think the dough won’t work when you turn it out of the bowl, it is a sticky mess. But if you use enough flour on your work surface and on your hands it comes together quickly and is easy to work with. You just have to add a little extra flour. Well done!

450°F – it’s in step 1 of the recipe.

I haven’t tried it with this recipe, but I have tried it with my scone recipe (which has similar ingredients) and it worked so I think it would be okay. I would just cover the dough tightly so that it doesn’t dry out.

Good recipe although the temperature may be too high or time is too long. I took them out at 11 minutes because they already started browning. They’re also a teensy bit salty for me.

I use a rubber spatula to help fold the dough, avoids sticky hands.  BTW I left out the sugar and they are still perfectly tasty.

Have never made buttermilk biscuits before but decided to start with this recipe. Turned out great! The hard part is trying not to eat a third one… oh, I’m totally going to eat a third one.
