I only use unsalted butter in baking and for daily use. Only problem is it doesn’t quite have the shelf life of salted butter. Makes sense.

The reason I use unsalted butter is because I have HBP and watch very carefully with my salt intake. I can’t tell the difference in taste. But it makes me feel safer. Thanks for this information!
